Artificial Intelligence Will Take Over
by David J. Stewart | April 2026
Daniel 12:4, “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.”
Already A.I. has replaced tens of thousands of U.S. jobs. According to Goldman Sachs, A.I. is expected to potentially replace around 300 million jobs globally, with significant impacts on various sectors, particularly in white-collar roles. I think the number of lost jobs will be MUCH higher.
A.I. and cybernetics developers are already talking about replacing classroom teachers with A.I. robots. A lot of people are foolishly still in denial, saying that even though A.I. will eliminate jobs, it will allegedly create new ones. No way! The few tech sector jobs created by A.I. will pale in comparison to the millions of lost jobs to Artificial Intelligence. Mark my words, A.I. will replace jobs far more than they will create new ones!
To be honest, I cannot blame companies! A.I. and robots don't call in sick, don't flirt with co-workers, don't file sexual harassment lawsuits, don't file union grievances, don't need a break, don't mouth off to the boss, don't require vacations or severance packages when let go, don't shoot up the workplace when disgruntled, et cetera. From a corporate point of view, A.I. and robots are a dream come true!
According to Adecco Group, Over 80% of restaurant jobs could potentially be automated, with a significant portion of these being server positions, as the industry increasingly turns to robots for efficiency and consistency in food preparation. This trend is exemplified by fully automated establishments like BurgerBot, which utilize robots to handle tasks traditionally performed by humans.
We're just seeing the infancy of where A.I. is headed. Entire new technologies will be developed, taking humanity to new heights (and lows) we couldn't even have imagined 10 to 15 years from now. It is exciting and frightening all at the same time. Half of Americans presently think that A.I. will replace their financial advisor.
In this intriguing IBM article about the future of A.I., they say that “Hallucination Insurance” is now being offered for mistakes that A.I. makes which causes loss to an institution. Wow, talk about weird!
I'm sure many of my ministry readers are familiar with the popular Hollywood Terminator movie series and Skynet. The basic gist of the series is that the manmade Skynet system ultimately takes over and turns against humanity, killing humans and establishing a new robotic order. As robotic and A.I. technology advances in the real world, we're getting eerily close to the Terminator movie series. In fact, I'd say that the comparisons are quite remarkable!
Quantum leaps
Quantum AI, using the unique properties of qubits, might shatter the limitations of classical AI by solving problems that were previously unsolvable due to computational constraints. Complex material simulations, vast supply chain optimization and exponentially larger datasets might become feasible in real time. This might transform fields of scientific research, where AI will push the boundaries of discovery in physics, biology and climate science by modeling scenarios that would take classical computers millennia to process. I am fully convinced that we will see astounding new technologies over the next 10 to 20 years! God willing, I hope that I am still alive to see them. I am now 59 years old in 2026.
These Are Perilous Times Of Woeful Deception
A.I. is already being abused to deceived victims, stealing money from people. Gen AI has made it easier to create deepfakes, i.e., realistic but fake audio, video and images—used to spread false information and manipulate public opinion. This fake videos and audio pose serious threats to society. Addressing this requires advanced detection tools, public education and legal measures to hold creators of malicious deepfakes accountable. Unfortunately, much of the deception and scams come from China, Nigeria and other corrupt countries where it is impossible to trace the source. The internet is a minefield today!
Everything in life is a double-edged sword. Like anything else, A.I. will be used for good and evil purposes. I have already been duped numerous times by A.I. Some wicked person made a fake video of Hollywood actor Clint Eastwood coming to Jesus Christ, and I promoted the video with joy, but then I sadly learned it was all A.I. generated fraud.
Beware of A.I. generated videos on YouTube. I have seen an increase of elderly men and women giving life's advice (this video is A.I. generated) on YouTube, but if you look down at the information about the video you will see that 99% of them are A.I. generated garbage, made by some stupid kid in his twenties who has no life's experiences. Case in point, here is what it reads in the information section for the video that I just shared with you...

Those videos are full of lies and highly unethical, because they claim to be giving advice from folks in their 80s and 90s, when in reality the video's creator is likely a college-aged kid. That is dishonesty and deception, not helpful advice. The fact that they are pretending to be an elderly person is because doing so gives their video credibility. Any wise young person would want to hear what an older person in their 80s or 90s has to say, but to lie and deceive viewers by pretending to be something and someone that you are not is very evil and wrong. Shame on YouTube for allowing this crap!
As we advance further into the future, the whole of man's knowledge will continue to exponentially increase. These are equally exciting and frightening times to be alive. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
